To offer more choice and flexibility, we use a tiered pricing system based on the experience and of each stylist. This means you can select a stylist that best suits your needs, style goals, and budget We offer several tiers including:

First Year Emerging Stylists - Our first-year emerging stylists are professionals who are undergoing the mentorship of our senior team and are building their skills and confidence in the industry. Our high end and premium ammonia free products are used by all of our emerging stylists. This is a great option for clients who would like a high quality and supervised experience at a more accessible price, whilst supporting the next generation of talent.
Second Year Emerging Stylist - Our second-year emerging stylists are professionals who are undergoing the mentorship of our senior team and are building their skills and confidence in the industry. Our high end and premium ammonia free products are used by all of our emerging stylists. In the second year of their training with slightly more exposure to various techniques than First-years.
This is a great option for clients who would like a high quality and supervised experience at a more accessible price, whilst supporting the next generation of talent.
Third Year Emerging Stylist - Our third-year emerging stylists are professionals who are undergoing the mentorship of our senior team and are building their skills and confidence in the industry. They are in the final year of their training, have completed a two year tafe course. They are refining their skills, offering all services using skills learnt over the years and are gaining experience on the salon floor alongside our qualified stylists.
Our high end and premium ammonia free products are used by all of our emerging stylists. This is a great option for clients who would like a high quality and supervised experience at a more accessible price, whilst supporting the next generation of talent.
Senior Stylists – Our senior stylists are fully qualified, highly skilled in all areas of colour, cutting and styling and have undergone extensive training. They use premium products to ensure only the best results. Minimum of 3 years in the industry. Exceptional results and ideal for clients looking for a high end result and experience and a more affordable price.
Advanced Stylists – These stylists are fully qualified, have undergone extensive training and use premium products to ensure only the best results. They have served longer in the industry and/or at The Hair Artistry and have undergone various methods of technical training in salon.
Directing Stylists – Highly experienced and longer serving in industry and/or THA. Highly experienced in working with different hair types/needs and advanced in tailoring hairstyles to meet different needs.

Each of our stylists will provide a high-quality service and professional care, all using the highest level of products and ammonia free colour options. Our stylists all care equally about helping you to achieve your end result and endeavour to do so.
This system is designed to give you more options while ensuring a variation of pricing suited to the budget of every client.
