Katherine has been in the industry for 13 years and opened THA almost 7 years ago. In this time she has developed a passion for providing a personal experience for her clients and creating an escape from their everyday busy lives. Her favourite thing about her job is pampering her clients, building relationships and seeing them leave transformed and confident.
Katherine is passionate about owning a salon space that is far from your traditional hairdressing salon. Katherine strives to make The Hair Artistry personable, luxurious and comfortable. A space where clients are welcomed with open arms, empowered and uplifted.. And most importantly a place to have fun!

BERNY
Berny has been hairdressing for 12 years, 4 of those years being with THA. Berny loves the creative flair that hairdressing allows her to express, as well as making her clients feel amazing. Her aim is to make her clients feel heard, whilst being honest and realistic. Berny enjoys providing a personal experience with her client ensuring they feel comfortable every step of the way through their hair experience. Forming relationships with her clients is of the utmost importance to Berny and finds great job satisfaction through delivering the best results for them.

Shannon
Shannon has been hairdressing for 13 years and has been with THA for 4 amazing years. Shannon’s desire to become a hairdresser came from being able to make people feel beautiful. She loves seeing their reaction when having received a colour service in the salon. Building relationships with her clients is paramount to Shan and she has made many lifelong friends through working her magic in the salon. It is of extreme importance to Shan that she meets her clients wants, needs and hair goals. Shannon is well known for her blondes and is highly educated and trained in all things colour, as well as being known for her short haircut skills.

Shelby
Shelby has been hairdressing for 7 years and has been at THA for 3 years. Not long after starting her apprenticeship Shelby fell in love with hairdressing and the opportunity to express herself through creativity.
Shelby is the go to for a beautiful blonde! She is passionate about colour transformations and strives to make her clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Her favourite part of hairdressing is the relationships she gains from long term clients and forming so many friendships as a result of this. She wanted to become a hairdresser as she thought it is a job that not only she would enjoy, but that would bring good to others too. Shelby strives to listen to her clients wants and needs and will always communicate a clear plan to get her client to their end goal.

Maddie
Maddie has been in the industry for 8 years and and with THA for 2 of those years. We feel extremely lucky and honoured to have Maddie as a part of our team, as she has excelled in her career and has had many huge opportunities within the industry, resulting in her being extremely skilled and advanced in the world of colour. Maddie loves showing her clients new trends and getting them out of their comfort zone to try something new, whilst always customising the service to suit their lifestyle. Nothing beats the confidence on her clients faces as they leave her chair.
Her beliefs of what a hair salon experience should be aligns with ours, endeavoring to make the client experience exceptional, unique and personal. Her passion for creativity and creating a look that not only looks good on the client but also fits in with their lifestyle is one of many factors that makes Maddie an amazing hairdresser.

Bella
Bella is in her 3rd year of her apprenticeship after having a big career change and making the move to hairdressing as a mature age apprentice, quickly falling in love with the industry and expressing her natural flair.
She loves how creative the work is and is fascinated by the ever evolving trends and techniques in the trade.
She also loves how something as simple as curling someone’s hair can make such a difference and can make them feel a million dollars.
Bella is passionate about creating a comfortable atmosphere for each and every client as well as creating a “sanctuary” for them to escape the chaos of their everyday lives.
